Biography Mr. Shade received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy in 1968. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1972. He is a past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He has served the community, for more than 40 years, as a member of the Carlisle Kiwanis Club and the Exchange Club of Carlisle. He chairs the Exchange Club’s Molly Pitcher Award Committee. He is also a past member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Second Presbyterian Church of Carlisle. |
